Job Overview
A Support and Implementation Analyst is responsible for conducting data analysis and software testing before program deployment. Duties include providing the client with overviews and workshops on the product, teaching trainers about product functionality, and supporting clients through testing processes to ensure proper functionality after launch.

Responsibilities
- Addressing Client concerns over call, email, or chat
- Provide root cause solutions to the client's concerns
- Maintaining the Case Log for the overall issues being reported
- Implementation of IPS
- Creating custom reports asked by the client
- Escalating the case to Developers in case of bugs/ changes/ enhancements
- Clear case age
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business analytics, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient with various industrial applications, including Python, HTML, REST, and Javascript
- Working knowledge of SQL and ETL
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Easy going and independent
- Basic knowledge of medical terminologies
- Can work with less supervision
- Stable internet connection and a conducive work environment at home
- Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
- Willing to work in our Cebu IT Park office at least once a week
- Willing to work during holidays and weekends

Reviews
We do training for all new hires from the PH office, IN office and US office. The training may be related to soft-skills like Communication, or technical skills regarding the company's software. Of course, that entails research and study, which we do a lot of. We may also do refresher courses to tenured employees who may need it. Other, smaller tasks include (but are not limited to) grading and assessing employees, preparing for annual refresher courses, updating any knowledge we may have on previously learned topics, and much more.
I love training and I am in a role I love. I am happy with the balance of power and limitations I have in my role.

Not too many opportunities to develop other skills
Just like any other company, MedSpecialized has areas that can be improved on.
The workload can be a bit heavy, but I am also still adjusting and getting familiar with how things are done.
