Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows: 

• Assist in evaluating, analyzing, and implementing HR activities, including employee engagement, compensation, and performance management. 
• Address daily employee concerns and coordinate with stakeholders. 
• Collect, maintain, analyze, and report HR metrics for management decision-making. 
• Prepare documents for HR Partners in labor-related cases. 
• Maintain accurate records and reports using HRIS tools. 
• Communicate company values and assist in developing a high-performing organization. 
• Facilitate candidate selection processes as needed.

The ideal candidate will have: 

• A university degree (preferred). 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

• Ability to develop relationships.
