Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events and activities.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure successful event coordination.
- Manage logistics for events, including venue booking and vendor coordination.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- Prepare HR-related documents and reports.
- Archive documents, watermark new documents, and review aging items.
- Support system closure of findings and preparation for third-party audits.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, or a related field.
- Enrollment in a university, preferably in the penultimate year.
- Enrollment in an internship subject with good scholastic records endorsed by the school.
- Ability to pass pre-internship requirements, including Institutional & Student MOA.
