Your role

In the role of a Financial Assistant/Accountant, the responsibilities include:

• Receive and process diverse documents such as Disbursement Orders (DO) and loan-related paperwork from Clustered Branches/Field Units; validate document completeness.
• Accurately encode transactions in the system (FMS) and update daily postings in the Ledger System or Loan System.
• Prepare and generate reports, maintaining orderly files of accounting records, documents, reports, and schedules; ensure availability upon request.
• Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.

About you

• Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any accounting-related course or any business-related course with accounting units
• With Civil Service Professional Eligibility/PD 907/RA 1080 or its equivalent
• Certified Public Accountant license is required for the Accountant position
• With a pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
